SHIPPING POLICY

Every BUMBOCLAAT Co.™ order is made to order, packed up and sent out as soon as it’s ready.

PROCESSING TIMES

Because our products are made specifically for each order, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing/production time is separate from shipping time.

During new drops, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, production may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience. Good shit takes time.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout where available.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Delivery dates provided by BUMBOCLAAT Co.™, our fulfillment partners, or shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Yep. We ship internationally (outside of Canada. The United States is considered international).

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by BUMBOCLAAT Co.™ and are the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

BUMBOCLAAT Co.™ cannot refund or reimburse duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges paid directly to customs authorities, shipping carriers, or other third parties.

Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making appropriate arrangements with the shipping carrier when a delivery attempt is unsuccessful.

BUMBOCLAAT Co.™ is not responsible for additional shipping, customs, storage, return-to-sender, or other charges resulting from missed deliveries, refused shipments, or packages that are not collected from the carrier.

If an order is returned to us or our fulfillment partner, please contact us and we’ll review the available options.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to correct it before production or shipping begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout may be the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your tracking indicates that your package may have been lost in transit, contact us with your order number and tracking information.

We’ll investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment partner and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item so we can assist you.
