These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from BUMBOCLAAT Co.™ By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
All BUMBOCLAAT Co.™ products are made to order.
Because products are produced specifically for each order, all sales are final, except where an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, colours, quantities, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

3. PRODUCT IMAGES & COLOURS
We work hard to represent our products as accurately as possible.
However, colours and details may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, printing method, garment batch, or manufacturing process.
Minor variations that are normal to garment production or printing are not necessarily considered defects.
All designs on every BUMBOCLAAT Co.™ Item of clothing is screen pressed, heat pressed or painted on by hand and some irregularities are normal, adding to the uniqueness of each piece.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, promotions, discounts, or other errors on the website.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout where required.
By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout.
5. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will accept or fulfill it.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, product availability, production issues, or incorrect information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Production and processing times are separate from shipping and delivery times.
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. BUMBOCLAAT Co.™ is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information and for monitoring tracking information and delivery attempts.

7. DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
BUMBOCLAAT Co.™ does not control these charges and cannot refund or reimburse amounts paid directly to customs authorities, carriers, or other third parties.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The BUMBOCLAAT Co.™ website and its content including, without limitation, BUMBOCLAAT™ and BORN LOUD branding, names, logos, graphics, artwork, apparel designs, photographs, illustrations, videos, written content, slogans, product concepts, and other original creative material are owned by or licensed to BUMBOCLAAT Co.™ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing on this website grants you ownership of or a licence to use our intellectual property except for personal, non-commercial use of the website as intended.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, manufacture, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized commercial use of BUMBOCLAAT Co.™ intellectual property may result in enforcement of our legal rights.
9. USER CONTENT
If you tag BUMBOCLAAT Co.™, submit photographs, reviews, comments, testimonials, or other content to us, you retain ownership of your original content.
We will not claim ownership merely because you interact with the brand.
